Comfortable life sedates
It numbs the mind
Yet we still yearn for the burning to subside
When we give away our edge

Uncomfortable things give us back this edge
So from time to time
Push Yourself over that hump
And look further

Comfortable life seduces with it’s gifts
Promises of happiness
Pleasure and nice goodies
That make You feel better than others

Sit between Your cotton sheets
And feel Your core rotting away
Like decay the sleepiness of Your sedated self
Devours away at Your Being

Raise Your awareness
Breathe in the life that You deserted
Go back into nature
And let Your Self be raptured
