[ORIGINAL POEM] Any Fool Can Be Happy

Life is not really about being happy all the time
There’s going to be good and bad times
The contrasts is what make life wort living
Stop searching for happiness at any cost

Aim for a simple and meaningful life
Where you can have peace of mind
Go for being a good human being
Who treats yourself and others right

Any fool can be happy
With self-deception it’s easy to feel good
An inflated ego can make you high for the moment
If you repress your pain doesn’t mean it’s gone

Somewhere, someday, somehow
I will not live happily ever after
But I will find peace of mind and a meaningful life
I will be a good person with a simple life
