An Immense Weave of Shadows
I dream awake, and I dream asleep
and the dreaming never ceases
I am a perpetual unwinding of images
interwoven and wandering
some images exist in light
between people and substance
others exist as ghosts
between thought and feeling
am I awake or asleep?
truly, I don’t know
do I even exist?
maybe the universe is but a dream
an immense weave of shadows
moving in time and feelings
