Meandering on the highway
In a twinkle of an eye he drifted away
Off across the road, our car did go
Stuck in a ditch, I thought of life all over
Is this how nine months in the womb would end so quickly?
And in a swift second, death would have come so easily?
Hard to come this far in life, easy to die.
I thought i appreciated life now i see it from another angle
The trees are greener, am even loving harder.
Happy for what i have, thankful to God
Grateful today
Tomorrow will always stay unknown
