How to Prepare Chilli Mushroom | Chinese Mushroom Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Mushroom - 8-10 pieces,
Red and green bell pepper - 1/3 cup each, chopped into cub pieces,
Onion - 1/3 cup, chopped into cub pieces,
Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp,
Garlic - 1 tbsp, finely chopped,
Green onion - 1 tbsp, finely chopped,
Green chilli - 2 splited,
Corn flour - 3 tbsp,
Plain flour - 2 tbsp,
Salt to taste,
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp,
Chilli-Garlic sauce - 1 tbsp,
Soya sauce - 1 tsp,
Vinegar - 1 tsp,
Canola oil - 1/ 3 cup,

METHOD:

Mix corn flour, plain flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, soya sauce, vinegar along with mushroom. Leave it for 30 mins.

Heat the oil and fry the marinated mushroom for 1 min then take out from the pan.

into the same pan add chopped garlic stir it for few seconds.

Add all the vegetables and again stir it for few seconds.

Put all the sauces mix well and cook it for 1-2 mins in medium flame.

Add mushroom into it and mix well for 1 min.

Add little of water, salt and vinegar and mix well, when the gravy has become thick turn off the flame.

Serve hot.
