Makes us Human

SMILE its what we do to hide our heartbreak
DANCE its what we do to hide the fact it still affects us
CONCIOUSLY we know its still there
CONCIOUSLY we know its going nowhere
but we live and push on
we dance to that song
but eventually we hear it
THAT ONE
THAT ONE that lets us realize
who we are, what weve done, and who we'll never forget
tears well up inside and my heart starts to ache
the things some of us including i would do for that change
heartache, loss, fight and more
we all have them
thats why we are who we are
thats what makes us human
following our path
inevitably going to crash
but we do it agian
for hopes of something different
and so we cry to feel better to feel love and care
BREAKING DOWN and showing our true selfs
THE ONE that we try so hard to hide
TRYING to show every one we are tuff
but lets face it were no its just a cover up
PLEASING others and ourselves
GIVING us a sence of being ok
these are the things we do day by day
