A little Poetry, Just because I dabble in it..... Any good?

Hi All,

I am an avid believer in the concept of everyone has something that they are good at doing. It's not a new concept for me. The only thing that I have ever been proud of in myself is the ability to write. Whether its emailing, telling stories or conversing my imagination/hunger for words and what they do and represent has always been something I can be counted on for. Very recently I've been posting my poems on another platform, the platform isn't appropriate at all, but I do it as I've never shared my writings.

This is a poem that came to me today, it's rough and maybe it's not finished. But I want to check my ego at the door so I am sharing this. This poem on my scale of 1 to 10 is a 5. I would love to get your thoughts, criticisms and your overall view of what I deem that I am good at. I appreciate you taking the time out to read. Poem below.

The beginning to my end, letting him love me, backwards he bends
I am in awe, because just having him adding my life to his is the sum of my existence.
Everything I knew before, everything I had a handle on leaves me unfulfilled, in this instance
Jaded for so long, attempting to be so strong in my absolve against love, I didn't need it or want it.
I need and want him.
I go out on several limbs
Makes me feel elated
Him loving me gets me to the point of sated.
Falling in love now
This man gets my infinity bow, my submission
I am in this for the long haul, feelings not in remission
Never knowing the amount of my baggage and how it tolls
On my life line, him
He tells me it's okay now
He will be by me in all of my times he lays down his law and I slurp it up as I am hungry, starving
For his affection, his compassion, his conversation
In his life I'm am the staring leading lady, I stay
I am not complete, I don't have to be
His love never competes
He's alpha and omega
Of my Love and no one is better
We love each other, care for each other, need each other beyond anything else that doesn't matter
He is him and I am in him and he is in me
Together in this life and next, and after we will always be
