An Ode For Steemit : Wake Up Don't Dream It. - Original Poetry (Satirical Poetry)
Wake up don't dream it
This is Steem IT
You write and get
A Blockchain record don't forget
At first you think
Damn this trending stink
But then you see
Some community pages
There you're free
To try and make your wages
You see a contest may be two
give it a try it might be you
You never know
What the future holds
Just be in the now
Until the curtain folds
Expect some drama
I told your Mama
Make all you love
And be above
Above the greed
Above the need
Above the feed
Slowly advance
and keep your stance
May be one day
You'll find your way
To a loving whale
That won't make you pale
Actually will make
Your day a loving break
But you got to keep on trying
Create and don't be crying
Try to make an impression
Get rid of any depression
This way you're guaranteed
A way in Steemit to succeed
Help others as much as you cant
You might be helping a whale not an ant...

Thanks for the inspiration. Especially with payouts going down this week.
Don't click on the link. Did this once. As far as I know, I saved my account by changing my password. God bless.
All steemians should read this poem. In Steemit perseverance is the way to success, there is no shortcut - unless you have some whale friend that is. Anyway, thanks again for another motivational poem.
I like how you use plain language in a poem. It makes it so relatable to the readers.
