"Overthinking, I love you" is just the perfect mindset to let it go. Resistance only reinforces the trigger. When we let it flow naturally with Acceptance, it will leave our Light harmoniously instead of becoming stuck.:)

Yeah that's absolutely true. It's like the phrase "don't think of pink elephants". Our mind always does the opposite.
