My first poem

rinduku terpahat dalam batu
my longing is carved in stone

suara, perasaan ku mengalir bersama air
sound, my feelings flow with water

bertebaran menjadi bunga-bunga yang abadi
scattered into perennial flowers

aku patrikan diriku pada alam semesta
I patronize myself to the universe

sayang, cinta, tembang, lara berlagu dipucuk mawar
love, song, soft on the tip of the rose leaf

angin semilir padamkan gelora hati
the breeze turns off the surge of the heart

aku pun letih, kau pun letih, kita tak paham akan itu
I was tired, you tired too, we do not understand it

bagaimana laut dan cintanya
how the sea and his love

bersandar diri pada tebing terjal
leaning against a steep cliff

aku ingin di belah sepi
I want to be quiet

dikeheningan malam
in the silence of the night

takkala bulan bersemi
the moon does not rise

tapi kemana kan kau pautkan rasa rindu
but where do you relate to feelings of longing

ketika air tak lagi bergemericik jernih dan begitu tenang
when the water is no longer gurgling clear and so calm

kepada alam jiwaku bermalam.
to my soul soul overnight.
