This poem is from a Buddhist book I am currently reading. It touched me deep inside and made me appreciate the nature around me far more. I hope it does for you what it did for me. The author of the poem is Thich Nhat Hahn.
Walk and touch happiness every moment.
Each step brings a fresh breeze.
Each step makes a flower bloom.
Kiss the Earth with your feet.
Bring the Earth your love and happiness.
The Earth will be safe
when we feel safe in ourselves.
