I feel ya.

When you can see the potential for greatness it makes it extra tough. Some are more sensitive and can always pick up the potential in others. It's a challenge of sorts because just because you can see it...doesn't mean it's going to come through with you. Sometimes the greatest way we can support a lover is by telling them to take a hike...being honest about the fact that it's not working in the very best of ways.
