In utter desperation, I try to find myself
I look.
I search profusely, for my heart is lost.
Too scared to move and run.
Paralyzed by pain, in fear I search.
I stager at the pain as I fight to live.

I sit by my side as I stare at what I see.
I shook my head at what I made me.
I fight to not listen to the pains I made for myself.
The pain I'll forever see.

As I jerk in emptiness my eyes begin to see.
The more they try to find, the more it hurts.
I'm seen as a piece o meat.
Shaky legs, weak arms, and scars from defeat.
I fight with myself for what I see.

I'm looking at me and that won't succeed.
I look and stare, finding answers, for that I concede.
As my hands fight back I see.
I am just what I want to be, and I still have
a slim chance to defeat me.
