Transitory by nature,
We easily forget who created us,
Wandering here and wandering there,
No strangers to despair.

The passage of time is unending,
New beginning after new beginning always pending.
Short and concise,
This life is subject to strife.

However we need not despair,
The fate of our future rests with One who is gracious and fair.
He wishes to ascribe us a sound mind,
Lest we forget - this life only lasts a short time.

All in all I hope that these words may console,
Just remember,
'All of the worries of life,
are but a blink of an eye to the soul.'
