We ran in the rain
Sailed and hiked the terrain
Laughed and cried
You brought me joy and God smiled on your kindness
Humble and loving you sowed love and acceptance to all who crossed your path
Thanks for the years we served God together
Such a privilege no matter the weather
I will miss your loving smile and serving heart.
Nothing was too much you worked hard for our bread.
Thank you for your life that I could share
The sweetest husband and a rare find
I savour every memory
Goodbye my love
Till we meet again.
