I love listening to your podcasts on Sunday Mornings. Much to late for me to listen to them at night. Always full of great information with a lot of good resources. Our apple trees and grapes have been decimated by the Japanese beetles this year. I will be checking into some of your suggestions as right now we are using the bag traps to slow them down and hopefully salvage something of our apples and grapes.

I am not sure why, but the Japanese Beetles have been really bad for us this year. We have been looking into some various options, like Neem oil, to control the population.
Give a look at the milky spore. LOTS of good reviews out there on that. It takes a full year to seem maximum benefit but again, lots of good reviews.
