Yeah well mock A/C all you want but when your a woman in menopause you sure HAVE to have A/C or DIE!!! If not, those around me during a hot flash may just die ;) LOL. Sure hope Jamie doesn't suffer from them when her time comes. P.S. I'm in Tucson AZ and its going to be 118 this week. Ugh. Thinking about moving to AR.
Yeah it never gets that hot here and plus we have a nice cold creek to go sit in when she gets hot. There are a lot of studies that diet changes really help with menopause. check it out! Thanks for watching! You mean a lot!
