I'm getting the feeling that Google's actions to terminate g-mail accounts, Google Plus accounts on alleged violations and YouTube accounts are more arbitrary than the public at large cares to realize. Google should at least give people who have lost their appeals the option to transfer all their e-mails from their g-mail account to another e-mail account before it is shut down completely.
