RE: A Walk in the Garden

Wow, I can't imagine having a garden with a growing season like that! Our raspberries ripen in mid-July. Tomatoes get red mid-August, on a good year. Sometimes I've had to bring them into the house to ripen in late September, all of them still green except for one or two.

It's a fast race to the finish line here. I figure, by the end of June, the majority of the tomatoes will have played out, with just a few heat hardy ones granting us a few slightly tomatoes. The pepper plants are more heat tolerant. They're just flowering now.
