There are three or four apple trees and some bushes out there where berries grow. I could do without the whole garden. I prefer staying at the computer and when I go out I prefer to go to a professionally maintained park. My wife really likes gardening and I appreciate living in a spacious house in the suburbs, too. But if I were single, I would never have bought any of this. I'd have a city apartment and only the stuff that I absolutely need and no more. I'm a minimalist at heart and despise materialism and consumerism. I consider it to be pollution that disturbs my peace of mind. Nothing wrong with gardening, though, but I could live without a garden just fine.
