Plagiarism or Original? Which one is it?

You know, I always see alot of "moderators" if you will, bring down an author for plagiarizing another person's work. It's prevalent in writing than it is in any other art form. Its pretty easy to know why... with the formula (command C and command V) I condemn anyone who does this by the way. Especially in Steemit, where information is the commodity by which this ecosystem runs on. But in an age of abudant information. Is any information really original? Or are all to some degree plagiarized?

Which led me to think....is plagiarizing in the arts and art form in itself? What I mean by this is more towards the arts: painting, drawing, sculpting etc. There isn't an actual (command C and command V) input. I mean sure with the advent of the internet, proof of work is easier to establish. But I don't think it's unoriginal to copy another art piece.

Many in the art field, reference copy cats as lazy. But is it really lazy? I mean the emulation of a creative idea is lazy. But the act of replicating is not. It's a skill to train your eyes and reflect what you see on paper. Time and physical labor are used to make into being an art piece. I myself have done lots of copying in my life. Obviously I never 1) showed it to anyone 2)made money from it. But, I feel it's my original art work. Obviously I'll never get the lines to the way I see an image online or real life. But the imperfections that I make while on a holistic level may be seen as copied, at a micro level they are very much original.

Check out my artwork of Maria Sabina. La Curandera or the Witch Doctor of Oaxaca. She experimented with different psychotropic plants for healing purposes.
