Why Does Full System of My Paper Appear in C.D.Lin's Papers (1)

1. The Publication Process For My Manuscript

In Feb. 2006, I sent my manuscript "Weak Correlation Experimental Designs" (in Chinese) to the editorial office of the journal "Mathematics in Practice and Theory" edited by the Chinese Mathematical Society.

My manuscript has three reviewers, and the first trial lasted 19 months. On October 6, 2007, the "Repair and Acceptance" notice was received, but there was no substantive modification suggestion in the notice.

The revised draft was submitted on December 2, 2007, and another seven months of silence.

On Jun. 24, 2008, I received the information that I had queued up for printing after paying the page fee.

In Feb. 2009, the manuscript was finally published <Vol.39, No.3, 99-107(2009)>(referred to as He(2009)). The publication process took a full year longer than others.
