Getting an RFID car sticker in the Philippines

My fiance and I drove through the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) tollway to get an RFID car sticker. We had to look for a photocopy shop to complete the requirements, and come back to the RFID station. It was a bit tiring, but we were finally able to get the sticker and the weather was so nice and the view so relaxing that we didn't mind the long drive.
Getting an RFID car sticker requires the following:
(1) an information form from the RFID office or station, duly filled up by the vehicle owner
(2) photocopy of a valid ID
(3) photocopy of the vehicle's OR/CR.
(4) Initial RFID load worth PhP 500.00
Note: The owner of the vehicle must personally come to register an account and have the RFID car sticker installed.

How do you set the link to never expire? Sorry. I'm kinda new at Discord too.
When you invite members, there's a switch under the link to make it never expire. Maybe it's a box to check for desktop versions.
