Excellent Video on Laura Silsby
Apparently Laura Silsby was in financial trouble. Here is a McClatchy article it says
"A Haitian judge charged 10 American missionaries with kidnapping and child smuggling Thursday after a closed court hearing. The Idaho woman who led the group, Laura L. Silsby, has a history of failing to pay debts, failing to pay her employees and failing even to follow Idaho laws."

She wasn't making payroll at her company and was going bankrupt. A person definitely that the Clinton's could target. Just do this and you'll get a million dollars whatever. Ok so I found two interesting emails that relate to this. One is an attachment that only shows up on the FOIA state department web site. You have to go to this link and select the first document. It is titled "Cheryl here is a quick.."
The following quote shows that the US Government was giving aid to specifically stop cross border trafficking.
"In the past, G/TIP funded the Pan-American Development Foundation, complementing separate funding from USAID, for work in preventing cross border trafficking from Haiti to the Dominican Republic. "
Now take a look at this email where Clinton knew the exact plan that Silsby had to move the children to a rented motel across the border in DR the Dominican Republic. Silsby was asking for money to finance the trip. We just need to look at the Clinton Foundation payment to the New Life Children's Refuge (NLCR). "NLCR is in the process of buying land and building an orphanage, school and church in Magante on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Given the urgent needs from this earthquake, God has laid upon our hearts the need to go now vs. waiting until the permanent facility is built. He has provided an interim solution in nearby Cabarete, where we will be leasing a 45 room hotel and converting it into an orphanage until the building is complete."
"Transportation of the Children: $1800 to charter a bus in the DR to bring 100 children to safety in the DR"
