Not the first time I have heard of these allegations. The report you sited said the source of the information was this report. Unfortunately it is a broken link now.
Which report are you referring to? The Independent.co.uk or counterpunch.org?
Eventhough people have heard this story before, I don't think most people understand that a private military security company is providing the officers and or training for UN peacekeeping missions.
Like many, I assumed U.N. peacekeepers were supplied by national armed forces, on loan or something.
