Most common pizzas in Italy
Pizza is a dish loved all over the world, but in every country, there is a different way to eat pizza, according to the local taste, or available ingredients, except when you are going to a true Italian restaurant, that uses original Italian ingredients.
Well, in Italy the classic pizzas are:
1 Margherita. Tomato, mozzarella, often basil.
2 Capricciosa. Tomato, mozzarella, artichokes, ham, mushrooms, olives.

3 Quattro stagioni. The same ingredients of Capricciosa, but separated in the “four seasons” (Quattro stagioni).

4 Quattro formaggi. Four types of cheese: mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmigiana and fontina (or another cheese).

5 Funghi e salsiccia. Tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms and sausage.

Diavola. Tomato, mozzarella, salami, spicy oil.
Calzone. Tomato, mozzarella, ham and mushrooms.
Napoletana. Tomato, mozzarella, anchovies.
