Pilea / Chinese money plant -> baby

I love all kinds of plants and spend a lot of money on them, so why not try to make them reproduce?

This is my first attempt. My Pilea mother-plant has made some babies - 3 actually.
There is a lot of different opinions about how to do it, so I'm trying to different ways.

1. in some water (for a week)
2. in a flowerpot with soil

I will make a part two when something is happening with the babies - hopefully it will be good.
If you have experience with seedlings of your on plants, Pilea or not, then I would love to hear about it :-)
