Picnic spots in Biswanath district have been closed

All the picnic spots in Biswanath district have been closed. Deba Kumar Mishra, District Magistrate of Biswanath and Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority, has banned people from going to picnics in the district under section 34 (c), 34 (m) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005. It is pertinent to note that such guidelines have been issued to control the unwarranted spread of COVID-19 by preventing perceived dangers to human life, health and safety.
