Frozen
Frozen
No not the nice fun frozen like the Disney movie but frozen plants, these are some more of the first test shots I took with my new 90mm Macro lens this past weekend

The snow that had bene ion this plant had melted and was dripping down on these lower branches and we also had some icy rain the morning before I tookthese and I though these icy formations were a cool find and a good shot to test out the new lens

This is on another lant wher ethe iced formed over these leaves was even thickerencasing a whole bunch of leaves

And another hsot from a slighter different angle of the same plant in the first photo, I am hoping the next photos I take of plants with this lens will be showing new growth and flowers and not more ice shots

😮 wow frozen still...i can stay longer than 2 minutes in the cold day 😀
It’s warming up this week so much if the ice has melted away the cold did not use to bother me but as I get older I now feel it and done spend to much time out in the cold
That is so beautiful. Love the ice-covered plant shots.
Thanks was a cool subject pardon the pun to test my new lens on

Beautiful photography @tattoodjay, looks like transparent stalagmites! Fabulously frozen but the poor plants must have taken a knocking!

Still some great shots and I can't wait for the next posts shot with this lens. Must say I still like the ice theme in these once but I look forward to see some nice spring macro shots.
