My office

this is a situation where we are holding a meeting, for planners an need for office needs in 2019. We have to call all the heads of the room and planning team to come to know what to do for the 2019 budget later.

Right now I am a treasurer of goods to know what they are doing and what they ask for. For that I must be present in the middle of the meeting in order to direct them to use the office's financial budget to spend all office equipments equipment.

From the result of meeting all head of room, we got constraints and solutions in the problem of types of office needs, be it ambulance maintenance, calibration, to stationery problems. With this meeting we are here to express our opinions as well as many of the completion of the task as we sit talking about all our obstacles while performing the task. the core is no problem that is not solved right, by sitting together.
