The Shing fish has been cleaned. Shing fish is an important species, and both cleaning and consuming it are significant tasks.
The scales on fish can be quite difficult to remove, requiring various techniques to complete the process. Different fish species require different cleaning methods, making the task time-consuming. Additionally, since hands remain wet throughout the process, it can be quite inconvenient.
Just as different techniques are used to clean fish scales, the scales of Shing fish are removed using salt and other substances to ensure proper cleaning.
