Qutbminar a minaret which forms a part in Qutbminar complex ,A world heritage site by UNESCO in Meharuli Delhi(india capital city)
Going into history ,Qutab Ud-Din-Aibak founder of delhi sultanate,started construction of qutb minar first storey around 1192.Later on Aibak's successor and son in law Iltutmish completed three storeys in 1220.In 1369 a lighting struck a top storey of qutbminar and it got destroyed.After that firoz shah replaced the top storey of QutbMinar.
Before 1974 people are allowed to go to top storey.But due to an accident they stopped people going inside
