Through Different Eyes - Taking Amazing Photos Using Phone Camera with Clip-on Lenses

Hello everyone! Today I will be sharing on how everyone can take amazing photos using phone camera with Clip-on Lenses.

With these clip-on lenses, you no longer need to bring a professional digital camera while traveling. These lenses are just so handy and light for any traveler. I myself used to carry an Olympus PEN camera around, though it's a lot lighter than a DSLR, it's still not as convenient as a phone camera.

I use phone cameras in many ways at first until I started exploring using clip-on lenses.

Talking about using phone cameras, before I start to use clip-on lenses, I have to admit that most of the time I do this:

At present day it's hard to find anyone having a phone without a camera on it, compared to 10 years ago. I am about to share with you an introduction and the clip-on lenses can we use to utilize our phone cameras to a whole different level.

As you can see from above, there are 3 types of lenses, the Fisheye, Wide-angle, and my favorite Macro lens. Lets talk about the Fisheye lens, it is the type of lens that captures wide angle views in a hemispherical way. The lens is convexly curved like an eye of a fish. This lens is invented by Robert W. Wood an American Physicist and Inventor in 1906. It was created based on an ideology about how would a fish view the world from under the water.

Next, which will be the Wide-angle Lens! The wide lens is very useful for taking lanscapes, architecture and photos of interior structures. It gives the user a further zoom-out view of the place compared with the normal view of the phone camera. It is most suitable for users who can't go further from the scene to snap the picture. It also works for the photographer who wishes to bring out the difference in the size of the object/person or the distance between the background and the front of the photograph.

By using the wide-angle lens, it can actually make objects/person in front more striking and conspicuous while capturing of the wide background environment.

Now, comes to the Macro Lens! Some people call it Macro Photography or Macrography. It is a very close-up type of photography of very small objects. In this Macro photography, it literally means the art & science of making a very large image out of small objects.

When it comes to macro photography, it is commonly expressed with very clear and fine details of small objects in the foreground and blurred background.

Afterall, the world is an amazing place for everyone to travel and explore. With the advancement of technology and affordable flight tickets, things are just so much simpler and faster than before. As I created this post I realized that our eyes are like a camera, it is a fixed lens, and along the way, in our life, we acquire difference lenses. It is through these lenses that determines how we view the world.
