Imagine, @iwanderela and I were just looking for a room for the night and suddenly we find this bungalow on the beach for almost no money.. ended up staying there for a few days instead, it was amazing! Siquijor is a place where you just always want to come back, and back.. and back :)

Indeed.. obviously there are plenty of places in the world to visit but the tranquility of this small island with the hard to pronounce name just tickled something inside of me (or maybe I'm just nostalgic cause our visit there was just one of those rare moments where everything just worked out for the best).
As a "verbivore" (person who is interested in words), I think the pronunciation of that island's name might be something like ...SQUEEGEE-JORE. Or ... SEQUEEJORE ... Maybe.
