My thoughts on life

Hello my friends! Today is the day off and I'm in a lazy mood.
But I have a lot of photos of my pond and the birds that I haven't shown in my posts.
Look how peaceful it is. Life is so beautiful, only we spend it on arguments and showdown.
And you just have to love everything around you and load yourself with sad thoughts about failed life and love, about bad people and diseases, which as a sign are given to us by the universe - to think, and do we live correctly?
There are absolutely healthy people. They live a long time.
They don't complain about life.
They are happy that their life gives them every day a little joy to which other people and even their friends, and even relatives have long ceased to pay attention.
My friend has a mother-in-law.
For 6 months, come Arkhangelsk village, where there is a house that they built with her husband.
She spent six months working there in his garden tirelessly for your pleasure. She doesn't need as many tomatoes and cucumbers, raspberries and strawberries, currants and gooseberries as she collects in her garden.
She will finish all this work, because she knows that the remaining six months she will not do anything. Working in the garden, she charges herself with energy and health for the future.
This lovely woman is 85 years old. She doesn't take drugs or pills.
She is not afraid that suddenly something will happen and it will not save one.
She lives and enjoys life. Like a young and happy woman!!!
And in the past a doctor, but medicine friendship doesn't drive.
Said to live long, have to work and according to their age.
Eat healthy food, preferably vegetables from your garden. Live in nature, in the village and in silence from the city noise and stress. I
keep thinking it's so in line with my thoughts, I guess my life will be like this....
