Awesome photos! I actually won an essay contest when I was younger and got to go to Space Camp! It was my first time being so far from home on my own but it was an amazing and nerdy experience even if I almost crashed the shuttle when the landing gear didn't deploy during our simulation LOL.

Looking at your photos things are a bit different there! I would have to look at my old photographs but IIRC the Saturn rocket that is standing up straight in your photos was laying on its side, and there was no ISS tour (which looks pretty cool!). The only downside was I was a year too young to do the fighter jet stuff heh. If there's interest I can share some of my photos! Pretty sure I have them scanned and saved somewhere! :-)
