Mushrooms!!
This was a very weak year in the production of wild mushrooms. Usually in November there are already a lot, which hasn’t happened this year, due to the drought and the fires that devastated Portugal in the summer.
The soils through which the fire passed were completely parched, causing irreparable damage to the proliferation of mushrooms.
But today, as I was walking around the garden, I found some mushrooms and comforting landscapes.

We should visit a mushroom research center, such as Parque Biológico de Vinhais or Serra da Estrela

These mushrooms are almost dry :) I guess you have hot weather and no rain. I tried to determine the appearance of these mushrooms, but I did not succeed :)
You got it! Unfortunately this year was very hot and and without rain. We are going to suffer the consequences.

I always wanted to know one thing. What do people do with wild mushrooms in other countries? How are wild mushrooms cooked in other countries? :)
