Acroyoga and cool Mural

There are some really cool murals to see walking down the Streets of Sacramento. This is one of my favorites and my friend Amy and I took the opportunity to make our Acro look even prettier with this fierce tiger staring down at us.

Acroyoga is super fun, and a great way to improve your strenght, trust and communication. It takes a great deal of concentration to come up with the perfect balance for this specific pose. A couple inches off the center of gravity and it won't be fun for the flyer.
I love basing Amy, she's graceful, giggly and super willing to get on my feet. (or foot in this case for the Hangle Dangle)
