A Dessert Fit for the Gods!

A couple of weeks ago, it was my uncle's birthday. As usual, there was a family lunch. But this time, my uncle brought a surprise... or better, a whole pack of surprises and the usual dessert became a meal fit for the gods.

• Those two Chocolate Cakes plus all the Mini Cakes decorated with Wild Berries were brought by my uncle;
• His brother (also my uncle) brought the white box with the typical Soft Eggs Candies you can find all over the region of Aveiro;
• North to the Chocolate Cakes you see the little Almond Cookies, typical in the South regions of Portugal and Spain - that was my gift to him;
• To the right, there's a terrine of Crème Brûlée, homemade according to my grandmother's recipe - unfortunately, she's too old to keep making it herself;
• And to the left, last but not least, a bowl with cut pieces of Mango.

Needless to say, I came out from this lunch a bit heavier... Nothing that a couple of walks wouldn't fix.

That's it. If you already know these words, you won't starve. You'll probably end up diabetic but you won't die of hunger, that's for sure.
