A view from Stone Town in far off Zanzibar. A place of myth and legend, and amazing sunsets. I took this from the Tea House Restaurant on our first night on Zanzibar.

We spent three days on the island, and I have to say it was an adventure!

From Stone Town to the north beaches, to the spice farms, this island is steeped in history and beauty.

It's also a bit scary navigating through the rabbit warren of narrow alleys looking for your hotel, at night, when you can't remember where the hotel was, or even what it was called.

Come travelling with me and you never know where you'll end up. But there will always be sunsets.
