TimTravels - Vienna: Tierpark Schönbrunn (Zoo) + Happy HardFork Steemians!

in #photography8 years ago

Happy HardFork my Steemian friends!

Remember Uncle Ben saying, "With great power comes great responsibility"? Well now it's the time you take responsibility. You might have noticed that your vote is worth much more! But keep in mind that you have only 10 votes with 100%. Each vote with 100% consumes 2% of your Voting Power. Choose wisely or use the slider to adjust.

However, let me show you my latest journey in Vienna! You might saw my last TimTravels post where I was in Vienna at Schloss Schönbrunn. This episode is about the zoo next to it!

Tell me why you love traveling! The best answers will receive an upvote on their comment!

This was quite funny and interesting to see. A monkey next to his new friends. Some people say fish are boring. But I found out they can be very beautiful

But there were more animals than just fish and apes. Have a look! There is something I want to add. To me it is very important that animals can feel good and have enough space to move. Every animal deserves to be free and in his natural environment. Since in a zoo they are caged, I at least want them to have it good. In this case they had really much space and it was a clean Zoo. Did you know this is the worlds oldest zoo? Google it :)

Here comes my favorite animal: Penguins! They are SO sweet and funny to watch

Although they treat the animal well, there was one situation in which I felt sorry. Look at this panda, sitting in front of the windows, looking outside. It seems as if he thinks about life. This was a deep moment and made me sad

I left the zoo shortly after and made my way into the city center of Vienna. Seriously, Vienna is so gorgeous! This whole city itself is a museum and a piece of art. Have a look

Thanks for following my travel posts! If you enjoy them feel free to follow me and resteem! See you next week in another country!
Yours,
Tim

Hey here is the amazing offer for you.
Google EXPO 2017 Kazakhstan , this is very cheap country with such an amazing culture and right now it is 1 month visa free and super easy to get that. There are more than 120 countries participating in a huge exhibition with the theme "Future Energy"
Here is amazing intro .

The best thing about travelling to me is that it teaches you to accept everything as it comes. Mistakes become blessings, because for every wrong turn - you arrive at something you wouldn't have originally found. You miss the train, or it gets dark while you're hitch-hiking, but then you meet that one person who saves you, and becomes the beautiful face of humanity all of a sudden when you were just starting to panic! And you wouldn't have made that connection if everything had gone to plan, and those are always the most memorable moments. :)
Haha well that's my experience, from travelling with no money, the best way to see the world. You learn a lot!

These words just reflect what I think as well! Beautiful, thank you!

For me it is not just traveling it is more about becoming a part of that place...so whenever I travel I make sure I stay around that place for quiet some time and experience the local life, culture and traditions and that is the sole reason I have made ever lasting connections.

@timsaid Man once again thank you for these awesome pictures, I have been keeping an eye out for your posts and love each one you do, You are amazing with that camera!

Thanks man! It's amazing that you said I am good with the camera and not that the camera is good

Well, I think of it like this. I could give a complete amateur a $10,000 camera and regardless if he doesn't know what hes doing the pictures wont look good. Just like someone can have a priceless gun but if they don't know how to shoot they will miss ; )

I like travelling because I can connect more with nature, learn more from different kinds of people, their language, culture & cuisine. It's even better to hitchhike the travel sometime. Strange high love for the travel work for the travel write for the travel! Hahahaha

Thank you so much for that up vote @pharesim and @timsaid

very nice photos my friend :) funny enough I love the fishy one :D

They look cute! :)

yes :D

Vienna is such a crazy city for photography. The whole place is gorgeous.

What I like most about traveling is that it proves that there is no single correct way to live life. There is no religion, ideology, goal, nationality, or amount of wealth that will guarantee happiness or success.

What a great post!!! Love the pictures! Next time I'm in Vienna I hope to find an hour or two to visit the zoo (or any other of the many exciting places to be in Vienna).
Your work is great! Thanks for sharing these.

Holly, Tim dude you gotta stop you are blowing us with your photos, you're literally the best these photos are just diamonds. Keep it up man.

Wow. A great summary of the Tiergarten. I enjoyed my visit of the Schloss Schonbrunn and the botanical garden back in 2013. Highly recommend it. Thank you for bringing the memory back
