The Treehouse at Yosemite West
We were fortunate to call this beautiful place "home" during our time in Yosemite. "The Treehouse" is part of a group of homes run by the company Scenic Wonders and is located in Yosemite West. Yosemite West is technically in the Sierra National Forest and is literally just on the other side of Yosemite's park boundary. It was located right in the middle of the destinations we chose for this trip. We had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living and dining area PLUS a spectacular wrap-around deck. The stairs, though! There were a whole lot of stairs which made it tricky for carrying luggage and children. The views were absolutely worth it.
And the stars at night! No words to describe. Absolutely incredible. My daughter was lucky enough to celebrate her 2nd birthday at The Treehouse. My son thinks we should just move there permanently (and I quite agree!) and thinks we will be headed back there in September to celebrate his 4th birthday. Not sure how I will match a birthday party in a treehouse at Yosemite, but I will sure try!
these kinda places are really awesome ,especially when one is with someone special.

I think it would be quite a challenge to peel me away if I ever made it out there. <3
