Just because you've never had this problem doesn't mean it isn't one. @tagalong is new, but the need to use correct tags both for your own discovery and for the discovery of others is inherent to the platform. Under our definition of proper use for tags, #steemit is for content concerning Steemit, Steem Inc. or anything about the platform itself. Updating tags are simple and can help your content be more easily discovered.
