The image shows the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon in Iceland during sunset. The black stripes inside the icebergs consists of vulcanic ashes, released by earlier eruptions. Vatnajökull, Europe's largest glacier is visible in the background. Due to climate change the 400m thick ice could be gone by the next century.
