Hiking to Feather Falls in Northern California

Hey Everyone!

My post today is going to show you my beautiful hiking adventures to Feather Falls in Northern California.

There is a lot of stunning scenery in California and this area has definitely a big place in my heart for it’s outstanding natural beauty.

Feather Falls is the sixth highest waterfall in North America and drops 640 feet to the river below.

Along the middle fork feather river are smaller waterfalls which in themselves are really beautiful and just add to the overall picturesque nature of this area.

The area is of course maintained and protected and set up for hikers to enjoy so there are marked walks and lots of different hiking routes spread across the 15,000 acre area that make up the “Feather Falls Scenic Area” as it is called.

I had a fantastic time and hope to go back again one day.
