He has rich friends ( whales ) that upvote his content because of who he is, not the quality of his posts. It's a systemic problem with Steemit.
yes whales feed wanna be whales and us minnows die of hunger or just plain get sucked into their traps to come out the back as whale poop !! Im pretty tired of this stuff too !! But what is the solution is what we should be asking?? Is there indeed one as the whole point of steem is to gain by content and the upvote esteem of the community as a whole !! This clearly is an example of the great failing in what is otherwise beautiful and yes somewhat socialist community concept where actions in the ocean of thought are beneficial to all and not just the few connected ones as we have seen since two thousand years in the real world !! We must not less this certainly unscrupulous behavior take the steem from our boilers, time maybe to go back to Whaling ??
We all need to downvote on posts like this, I know there is a stigma and a price but it has to be done.
yeah but to what effect as the damage is done already, time has passed its a done deal before our very noses, just look below to all the kiss ass BS positive comments on how great the photo is, all the phishers of steem dollars !! my god brainless and sad, and frankly false !! i feel it for the guys who work on this site with long hours, to make it work, that they see it against im sure their wishes given over to baseless inanity and greed !!
Hope they can put in some sort of filter against this happening, as it is very much as far as i am concerned a monumental crack in the Steem Boiler !1
