This is the view from what we call the catsle. It's where the town was created. In the beginning it was called NIKAIA it means the one from which the victory arrives. Then it became NIKE "victory" and time passing by the K became a C.
There is a lot of stairs or a lift to go at the top.
Stairs are much better because there is several levels with different views. I will give you the link to a previous post. It's in french but you will see all the pictures.
