Christmas in New York City

I moved to New York at the start of November 2017. So this year I got to experience my first Christmas in America. Having seen movies like Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, Elf and Miracle on 34th Street I had always wanted to spend Christmas in New York City.

Highlights included witnessing a proposal in front of a frozen lake in Central Park and the stunning view of The Empire State Building from the Christmas themed igloos atop a rooftop bar.
