What can I say, I love fruit. My diet is mainly fruit.
Peaches are one of my favourite summer fruits! They are full of vitamins and minerals and are so juicy and delicious. What is your favourite summer fruit?
Peaches aid in digestion, good for skin, eyes and nervous system. A great way to enjoy them is to slice them up and put in a glass of wine and let them soak for a bit.

This is the peach tree in my back yard and yes I climbed the tree to pick them all. Great fun monkeying around.
