Alaskan Smoked Salmon

Hey folks,

Sorry I haven't gotten to give you the rundown. But I used to work for the State of Alaska, working to regulate commercial fisheries throughout the State. During that work I had the pleasure of eating more salmon than you! Here's some Smoked King and Sockeye salmon, hanging before heading into the smoker.
